– [SEITON] means order
– [SEISO] means cleaning
– [SEIKETSU] means cleanliness
– [SHITSUKE] means bringing-up
All staff of Well Field know what is that meaning and doing that! It’s true, they are kind of 5S-mined even the person of human resources and general affairs department, she is checking it without advance notice. I know it’s basically thing however it’s really important thing, I think. Is that true, right?

Inclusion increases from left toward the right and then, Clarity will be down.
The inclusion is, in the process of diamond is formed deep in the ground, and a general term that refers to the inclusions and flaws to be incorporated into the interior.
There are several kind of inclusions and flaws. Again, we will pick points up in consumer looking at. In addition, the grading of Clarity evaluates be no traces of wear and scratches after the cut  as the external features (blemish).
Although we will focus on the inclusion on this time, description of the words are as follows at first.
· FL (= Flawless)
· IF (= Internally Flawless)
· VVS (= Very Very Slightly)
· VS (= Very Slightly)
· SI (= Slightly Included)
· I (= Included)
It depends on the appraisal agencies, there are also a place called “I” for  Imperfection”, implication is the same, anyway.
Here is Ms.Pek, she is shipping in charge. She is always settled and good work so all of our marketing staff are depending on her.
Here is Ms.Pik, she is Marketing support and kind of new staff. She is also good work, I think she is also depended by the other staff as well.
